WELA’s 2018 Annual CLE – Trying Employment Cases Now

Join your WELA colleagues for a day of learning and lively discussion focusing on trying employment cases. Presentation topics will include focus groups, discovery that you’ll use in trial, presenting a problem plaintiff, trial technology, and more. Judges Dean Lum, Helen Whitener, and Beth Andrus will speak on effective trial presentations, and you won’t want to miss the case law update with Jeffrey Needle and Michael Subit!
